Poor Tina Cutts is taking this unauthorized hair removal VERY hard... She's a TRUE hairstylist!

But all too soon, Ashley Oslo is lying discarded on the floor... Well, that's ONE way of looking at it!

But there is no SIGN of Inspector Don. Realizing this, Ashley's decides it is her turn to wiggle futilely towards Freedom...

...But every time she looks UP, she is being calmly WATCHED... Terrifying!

Well, the Oslo Twins have both been thoroughly scalped... and there is STILL no sign of Inspector Donald Haney. OR of Emily-Amelie's mother and father... A tot left alone with scissors, dollies and WATER? - Things are getting weirder and weirder in the village of Knottwood!
