Ever wondered if Isobel Hanbro has ever done ANYTHING nice for someone? Well... remember how BADLY BEHAVED little Alan Haney used to be?...

Not even the Lindquists could stand him...  and they're the most tolerant parents in Knottwood!
- AND Nadine is Cheryl's best friend!

But this Christmas, everyone noticed that little Alan had grown up in more ways than ONE...
Gosh! What a CHANGE in Alan!

The way ISOBEL tells it, things changed shortly after famous knight GWEN mysteriously arrived on a visit from neighbouring Avalon, early last November...
Wow! Doesn't she look IMPRESSIVE!

(Rumour has it that she was hunting for a particularly nasty TROLL, who had slipped over the border...)

Ya mean she hasn't caught HORACE yet?

Gwen's stay was not a short one. She found time amid her search to quietly do MANY good works, aided only by her SQUIRE...

The poor creature cowers in its cave - amid a hail of GIGANTIC acorns from the unrepentant POLICEMAN'S SON!

Awww! POOR little tyke...

Suddenly realizing what is going ON, Gwen reacts with LIGHTNING speed!
HURRY!

Thank HEAVENS!

While Gwen delivers a withering BLAST to young Alan...
YOU tell him, Gwen!

...Isobelf kindly introduces the two-headed beast to a NEW food source...
What a GREAT use for those ACORNS!

Gwen impatiently takes her word for it...

Nevertheless, Isobelf takes time to reassure the timid creature(s)...
